Hello!
We are a game development studio building our own universe in the style of Minecraft: with no content restrictions and new mechanics unavailable in the original.
Our product is scaling: currently over 100,000 installs, a growing audience, and a niche that provides hundreds of thousands of installs per month.
Responsibilities
- Scale the mobile game in Tier-1 and Worldwide with positive economics (ROMI / ROAS);
- Manage media budgets of $50,000 per month;
- Purchase in Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB), TikTok Ads, in-app;
- Work with iOS post-ATT: SKAN 4.x, AEM, conversion models, set up postbacks;
- Understand and manage unit economics at all stages of the funnel.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience;
- Proven experience scaling mobile games in Tier-1 markets with positive economics;
- Management of media budgets of $50,000 per month — this is a must;
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, in-app;
- Real understanding of iOS post-ATT: SKAN 4.x, AEM, conversion models, postbacks;
- Understanding unit economics at all stages of the funnel;
- Experience purchasing in networks worldwide;
- Experience in creative production;
- Full independence and initiative;
- Higher education — any, no degree will not be considered;
