• Generate ideas for Telegram, Reels, short videos, memes, and other formats;
• Search for trends, memes, and interesting mechanics in the gaming and digital environment;
• Quickly adapt trends to our brand;
• Create categories, content mechanics, and ways to engage with the audience;
• Develop ideas for advertising and image creatives;
• Invent unconventional ways to present products, promotions, and promo codes;
• Create short scripts and concepts for videos;
• Look for references and new visual solutions;
• Use AI tools for generating images, videos, ideas, and scripts;
• Work with the SMM team and pass ideas into production.

• Strong understanding of internet culture and modern trends;
• Familiarity with memes, gaming communities, and digital audiences;
• Strong visual and advertising awareness;
• Ability to independently find ideas rather than waiting for a brief;
• Capable of generating multiple solutions for a single task;
• Enjoy experimenting and testing new formats;
• Ability to explain why an idea might work;
• Actively use AI and interested in new tools.

Experience in SMM is not mandatory if you have strong work samples and can create engaging content.

• Fully remote work;
