About this role
Join Dantone Home as an SMM Marketer to develop and manage social media strategies, create engaging content, and interact with the audience in a premium furniture brand environment.
Description
We are a premium furniture brand with showrooms in Moscow and major cities. We are looking for an SMM Marketer who lives interiors, feels aesthetics, and can turn beautiful visuals into an engaged community and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the brand's social media: Instagram, Telegram, MAX, VK — unified strategy with an understanding of each platform's format.
- Organize and shoot dynamic content in showrooms and brand spaces: with designers, decorators, bloggers, guests, and the team.
- Edit videos and create visual stories: collages, selections, recommendations, mini-interviews, reviews of new products.
- Maintain a friendly dialogue with the audience, promptly responding to inquiries and comments.
- Track metrics: reach, saves, website visits, direct messages — and propose solutions to improve results.
- Pay close attention to texts: check spelling, punctuation, style, and the brand's unified tone of communication.
Requirements
- Experience in SMM or content marketing for 2-3 years, preferably in: interiors, architecture, design, lifestyle, premium segment.
- Awareness of interior projects, understanding how light, textures, and composition work.
- Proficient in tools for editing vertical videos and basic photo processing.
- Ability to build a visual narrative: combine shots, select references, work with layouts.
- Proficient written Russian and high attention to detail.
- Initiative: propose topics, formats, and collaborations.
- Responsible attitude towards deadlines and tasks: ability to negotiate with the team and bring projects to completion.
Conditions & Benefits
- Hybrid schedule: some tasks can be performed remotely, but regular presence in the showroom is necessary for shoots and product immersion.
- Atmospheric space of 3000 m² in the 'Seasons' galleries on Kutuzovsky Avenue, 48 — plenty of light, textures, ready-made scenes for shooting, and a café on the premises.
- Close interaction with the brand team: marketing, sales consultants, decorators, department heads.
- Business trips possible but not mandatory.
