Team Lead of Antifraud

Responsibilities

• Develop antifraud direction: define strategy, roadmap, and priorities;
• Lead a team of scientists/developers and enhance expertise;
• Develop and implement antifraud rules, scoring models, and automate manual processes;
• Enhance a unified antifraud service and deploy solutions to production.

Requirements

• Experience in building fraud prevention in iGaming, fintech, marketplace, or payments;
• Experience with various types of fraud and managing antifraud direction;
• Experience in development management as a lead + willingness to write and deploy code to production;
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experience in Machine Learning for classification and scoring tasks is a plus;
• Experience interacting with business and other stakeholders.
