5ELEMENTS is looking for a VK Targetologist to join their team. The role involves developing advertising strategies and managing campaigns primarily across Russia.
Responsibilities
- Develop hypotheses based on Ben Hunt's ladder, segmenting cold, warm, and hot target audiences
- Create advertising announcements
- Regularly test hypotheses
- Launch A/B tests for creatives and offers, analyze results, implement improvements
- Work with lead forms
- Work with the Senler application, ability to create chatbots and funnels
- Work with the TargetHunter parser
- Analyze advertising campaigns and correlate data with applications and sales
- Weekly reporting
- Work in CRM on tasks
Requirements
- Completed at least 1 course in targeted advertising
- Results-oriented, striving for high ROAS
- Systematic and fond of numbers
- No tasks are unattainable for you
- Attentive, diligent, and capable of performing repetitive tasks
- Experience in the flower niche is a plus. Please mention it in your response if applicable.
