About the Role

WIDEFIELD Technology Services is hiring a Web3 Regional Market Manager to own and scale our market presence across an assigned region within our Web3 ecosystem. This role combines on-the-ground regional development with full online community operations to hit ambitious regional growth targets.

What You'll Do

• Research your regional market and build the go-to-market plan

• Organize offline meetups and online livestreams and AMAs

• Develop local partner, KOL, and community channels into a stable regional growth network

• Run growth campaigns across mainstream social platforms (Telegram, TikTok, X, Discord, community matrix) — including content marketing, community growth, node and partner outreach, and localized launches

• Own user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the funnel

• Localize HQ campaigns in your region

• Manage, train, and enable a small team of regional promoters

• Report performance, market feedback, and industry trends back to HQ

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Web3 marketer with hands-on growth experience on Web3, blockchain, or loyalty-ecosystem projects

• Proven ability to take a region from zero to scale

• Years of experience in business negotiation, channel development, and community operations (an existing regional network is a strong plus)

• Strong execution, resilience under pressure, and a long-term ownership mindset

• Prior regional management, partner development, or internet project experience is a plus

Compensation

• Annual salary: USD 100,000

• Plus performance commission, quarterly profit share, and channel-development bonuses
