• Negotiate the purchase of top positions: featured placements, top spots, reviews, banners. Communicate with platform owners and make final deal decisions.

• Deal and budget management

• Plan and control the budget for placements, calculate effectiveness, extend the most profitable positions.

• Monitoring and analytics

• Track traffic from each source, monitor positions, optimize results, and quickly disable non-working channels.

• Search for new growth points

• Test new platforms: Telegram, X (Twitter), forums, affiliate networks — anything that can provide targeted traffic.

• Experience in the adult industry

• Understanding of market specifics, knowledge of main traffic types and platforms. Experience in directories, SEO, link building, or affiliate is a big plus.

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• All work correspondence and negotiations will be in English. Must be able to write, read, and negotiate confidently.

• Negotiation skills "for results"

• Not just submitting applications, but able to argue, bargain, secure the best conditions, and close deals.

• Organization and systematization

• Able to maintain a database of platforms (Google Sheets / Notion), track negotiation statuses, keep contacts, and timely extend placements.

• Understanding of metrics

• At least basic understanding of CPC, CPM, conversion, ROI — to evaluate the effectiveness of purchased placements and manage the budget consciously.
