Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey.
- Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
- Manage physical logistics and in person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting.
- Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience.
- Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs.
Requirements
- Active hands-on logistics management and real-time troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and prioritization skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving in person and scheduling needs.

- Competitive salary range of $70,000 — $85,000 USD.
