About this role
T-ONE is seeking a CEO/COO for Corporate Services in Cyprus to lead the team, develop the business, and manage financial results.
Description
T-ONE is an international company in the field of Wealth Management, Corporate Services, and digital assets with offices in Cyprus and Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team (lawyer + 2 sales managers).
- Develop the Corporate Services direction and partner network.
- Advise clients on company registration, corporate administration, bank accounts, residency, Non-Dom, and other services.
- Support corporate clients and complex cases.
- Oversee internal companies of the group.
- Lead the acquisition of the CSP license.
- Develop the concierge direction.
- Interact with banks, auditors, lawyers, tax consultants, and government agencies.
- Represent the company at events and attract new clients.
- Be responsible for the P&L of the direction.
Requirements
- Experience in Corporate Services in Cyprus.
- Team management experience.
- Practical experience in supporting corporate clients.
- Understanding of corporate administration and international business.
- Experience interacting with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Experience with P&L.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Residence in Cyprus.
- Knowledge of Greek and a personal network of professional contacts will be an advantage.
