About this role
We are looking for a senior finance leader to build and scale the financial function of a crypto company, overseeing financial strategy, treasury functions, and supporting international business growth.

PGON is a secure way to withdraw crypto to a card without P2P and pay with crypto via SBP QR in Russia.
Responsibilities

- Manage the company's financial function: treasury, FP&A, financial control, and reporting
- Manage international cash flows, liquidity, and cross-border operations
- Build and scale financial processes, models, and infrastructure
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reporting, and KPIs
- Interact with banks, payment providers, liquidity providers, and external partners
- Participate in the development of new products and manage specific product initiatives
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director positions
- Mandatory experience in fintech and crypto / crypto neobank / crypto payments environment
- Proven experience in managing treasury functions, international settlements, and liquidity
- Practical experience with payment infrastructure, settlement processes, and cross-border flows
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and fiat payment flows
- Experience in building financial functions and processes from scratch
- Strong financial modeling and management analytics skills
- Fluent English
