Responsibilities
Job Description
As a Content Creator - Social Media & Activations, you will:- Create engaging social content around bwin’s key partnerships, including BVB, the NFL, and other major sports properties.
- Work at live events, matchdays, and fan activations.
- Capture, edit, and publish platform-native content for channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Native-level German, both written and spoken.
- Confident and authentic communicator in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short-form video storytelling.
- Passionate about sports, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan culture and online communities.
- Strong creative instincts combined with excellent trend awareness and social-first thinking.
- Proven video editing skills, ideally including experience with fast-turnaround or live-event content.
- Strong sense of entertainment, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset who can work independently in dynamic environments.
- Basic understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics.
- Willingness to evolve their social media analytics skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on selected evenings, weekends and matchdays.
