About this role
We are an IT company with 10 years of experience in developing an algorithmic trading product (DCA Bot) and are looking for a Growth Lead to build our marketing strategy from scratch.

We are an IT company with 10 years of experience in developing an algorithmic trading product (DCA Bot) and are entering the international market.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategy for key markets (USA, CIS, Asia), defining positioning, channels, and budget;
- Ensure the full cycle of acquisition (Paid Media, SEO/ASO, Influencer Marketing, Community Building);
- Work with KOLs and communities in the crypto and fintech segments (Telegram, Discord, X);
- Manage budget with direct responsibility for CPL, CAC, LTV, and RoAS;
- Make data-driven decisions and maintain regular reporting.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing for international IT products;
- Proven experience in Web3, Crypto, Fintech, or SaaS (B2C/B2B) with measurable results and real cases;
- Experience in independently building marketing strategies from scratch;
- Practical experience in influencer marketing in the crypto segment;
- Confident understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, funnel);
- English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate (for negotiations and international business trips).
