Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
• Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
• Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
