We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Alternative Payment Methods in the international fintech group Nota Group. The position is remote and full-time.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients (main channel — Telegram) and provide support
- Coordinate the preparation of settlement reports with the accounting team
- Interact with the technical team to monitor and improve payment processes
- Handle client requests, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of service
- Prepare and update reports on transactions and client activity
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in account management / client-facing roles
- Understanding of alternative payment methods (Interac, Blik — a plus)
- Strong communication skills, experience in managing client chats
- Basic understanding of financial calculations and payment processes
- Self-organization, proactivity, readiness to work remotely
