Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Inventory and Warehouse Control: Manage stock of cards, welcome kits, mobile phones, backpacks, and operational equipment. Conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate the delivery of materials to Ambassadors and Team Leads. Prepare equipment for new hires and manage movements between offices or regions.
- Field Operational Support: Monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs. Assist in implementing new processes and operational pilots.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with IT, Recruitment, and Operations for equipment replenishment and supplier management.
- Role Evolution: Adapt and absorb new administrative and logistical tasks as operations grow and transform.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on Profile: Not afraid of direct operations and getting hands-on in the warehouse if necessary.
- Conversational English.
- Impeccable Organization: Attention to detail for strict asset control.
- Problem Solving: Sense of urgency to manage equipment replacements or losses.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and control systems.
- Experience: Desirable in logistics, warehouses, inventories, or operational support.
- Education: Completed high school (preferably a degree in Administration or related).
