FirstVDS is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of virtual dedicated servers and cloud solutions. Competitive salary with commission.

FirstVDS is a leader in virtual dedicated server hosting in Russia and neighboring countries, with over 20 years in the market, an accredited IT company.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales of the company's services: rental of computing power (virtual dedicated servers, cloud solutions), related software, licenses, server administration and security solutions.
- Develop and maintain a client base, attract and close deals with new clients.
- Work with client needs and offer appropriate solutions and services.
- Communicate frequently by phone with business representatives of various sizes, participate in negotiations remotely or in person.
- Collect client data in the database, process client requests, participate in the development of products and services.
- Closely interact with technical specialists from the operations and technical support service.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in sales for at least 2 years: B2C, B2B (experience in IT sales — Telecom, IT products, digital services, software — will be an advantage).
- Possess business communication skills, articulate oral and written speech.
- Knowledge and practice of sales technologies and stages.
- Not afraid to talk to strangers, including by phone.
- Resilient and able to overcome difficulties.
- Advantage: experience in hosting/telecom, understanding what a virtual/dedicated server and cloud VMs are, experience with CRM systems.
Conditions & Benefits
Conditions
- Salary: 70,000 ₽ + commission (average +120,000–150,000 ₽), total range 70,000–250,000 ₽ before taxes.
- Shift schedule, hybrid after the probation period.
