We are looking for a Sales Manager for an international fintech marketplace connecting online businesses with verified payment providers. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and developing client accounts.
An international fintech marketplace connecting online businesses with verified payment providers directly. We work with merchants from all verticals — low-risk and high-risk segments, local acquiring, crypto payments. The team is distributed, and the work format is fully remote.
- Full sales cycle: qualification, demo, negotiations, signing, client onboarding.
- Work with inbound leads and develop your own acquisition channel (LinkedIn, email, industry events, partnerships).
- Choose direction: work with merchants, providers, or both segments.
- Manage deals in AmoCRM, maintain a transparent pipeline, regular reporting.
- Participate in deal reviews with Head of Sales and CCO.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. Priority: fintech, payments, Web3, enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in closing deals independently — from first contact to signing. Full cycle, not just separate stages of the pipeline.
- Understanding of the payment industry: PSP, acquiring, high-risk and low-risk segments, KYB. Experience with crypto payments is a plus.
- English C1+. All client communication in English.
- Willingness to conduct online product demos for English-speaking clients.
- Independence, proactivity, ability to work without constant supervision.
- Fixed salary + commission on your clients' turnover. Compensation level is discussed individually.
- Direct reporting to Head of Sales and CCO.
- Fully remote format.
