About this role
We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our international fintech company, which has been creating Web3 products/services for over 13 years.
Description
An international fintech company that has been in the market for over 13 years and creates Web3 products/services.
Responsibilities
- Identify SEO growth opportunities and test hypotheses to increase traffic and leads;
- Analyze search results, competitors, and user demand;
- Work with technical SEO: indexing, site structure, page quality;
- Manage SEO tasks from audit to implementation and results evaluation;
- Automate routine processes using AI and Python;
- Use AI/LLM for semantic analysis, clustering, and content generation tasks;
- Work with large projects and scalable SEO structures;
- Set tasks for developers and contractors, control implementation;
- Improve CTR, snippets, and site visibility in search;
- Test new approaches and quickly launch experiments.
Requirements
- Written English at B2-C1 level;
- 3+ years of experience in SEO;
- Experience with large websites or a large number of pages;
- Good understanding of technical SEO and ranking principles;
- Practical experience in on-page optimization and link building;
- Experience with analytics and SEO tools;
- Experience in SEO audits and working with site structure;
- Understanding of semantic clustering and content optimization;
- Experience in task setting for developers, content teams, and link builders.
