About this role
Join Notabene as a Solutions Architect, Lead, focusing on managing key clients and enhancing product usage in a remote role.
Description
Notabene provides a trust infrastructure for global payments, helping regulated organizations coordinate payments in stablecoins, authorize transactions in real-time, and verify counterparties and self-hosted wallets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small number of large clients post-contract signing: onboard them, develop product usage, renew and expand collaboration;
- Identify and close complex opportunities with technical and non-technical stakeholders, linking solutions to the client's product, business, and compliance roadmap;
- Design demo POCs and be the escalation point for technical issues during the presales phase;
- Develop the Solutions Architecture function: participate in hiring 1-2 specialists, establish processes and team performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in presales with a proven ability to build, develop, and retain strong teams;
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, implementation, or go-to-market functions;
- Practical experience in technical sales with APIs; experience in payments, crypto, fintech, or RegTech sectors is a plus;
- Strong skills in working with executives and building trustful relationships with decision-makers.
