Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing requests;
- Work with internal services and CRM system;
- Monitor operations in accordance with internal regulations;
- Maintain reporting and adhere to established work standards;
Requirements
- Attention to detail and responsibility;
- Ability to work with large volumes of information;
- Experience with CRM and internal services is an advantage;
- Experience in iGaming / FinTech is a plus;
