About this role
Join NOTA as a Team Lead Account Managers to oversee client support and operational processes in a dynamic fintech environment.
Description
NOTA is an international fintech company developing payment infrastructure for B2B clients: multi-currency accounts, international payments, FX, mass payouts & collections, fiat/crypto on-off ramp, API, and White Label solutions.

- Manage the Account / Operations Managers team.
- Control onboarding of B2B clients: KYC/KYB, account activation, launch of first transactions.
- Oversee client service, SLA, and communication quality.
- Support key and VIP clients, resolve complex cases and escalations.
- Participate in launching API integrations and White Label projects.
- Coordinate client issues with AML/Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT/Product, and Sales.
- Develop and implement SOPs, scripts, knowledge base, and KPIs.
- Analyze client requests and improve internal processes.
- Implement AI tools and automation in team operations.
- Conduct one-to-one meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Operations, Customer Success, or Payments.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, crypto, or other financial services.
- Team management experience of at least 1 year.
- Understanding of international payments, FX, corporate accounts, KYC/KYB, and AML.
- Experience with B2B clients and complex client cases.
- Understanding of API integrations and/or White Label is a plus.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, CRM, and operational reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
