- 3+ years of practical experience with LLM: RAG, prompt engineering, agents, API GigaChat / YandexGPT / OpenAI-compatible models.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience: team management, prioritization, and delivery.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in industrial operation with confirmed business metrics.
- Skills in requirements gathering, managing client expectations.
- Python at the level of reviewing and analyzing team solutions.
- Bonus: Building a team from scratch and hiring.
- Experience with n8n, Dify, LangChain / LangGraph.
- Understanding of ROI, baseline, and justification of automation budget.
- Integrations with 1C / SAP ERP.
