Lidera Agency is looking for a Traffic Manager to handle operations related to traffic, maintain communication with advertisers, and secure favorable conditions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor EPC for offers in Keitaro, catch drops.
- Provide team leads with recommendations on traffic segmentation based on data.
- Swiftly communicate news from advertisers to the team.
- Negotiate financial terms: compensations, guarantees, bumps, caps.
- Introduce new offers and pass materials to buyers.
Requirements
- Experience in arbitrage/CPA/performance with direct work on offers.
- Understanding of EPC, CR, approval, GEPC 'based on data, not vibes'.
- English from B2.
- Discipline in documenting agreements.
- Confidence in financial negotiations.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM for data analysis.
