About this role
Join UBT as a Traffic Manager in the finance vertical, focusing on organic traffic from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Enjoy full freedom and infrastructure to drive results.
Description
We are a strong affiliate team in the finance vertical: we work with Spain and LATAM, have funnels that already convert, and everything necessary for work. We grow new directions and give those who join us the freedom to act and achieve real results.
Responsibilities
- Launching and scaling organic traffic on TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / Shorts for our funnels
- Mass registration and management of accounts, monitoring their 'health'
- Creating briefs for shoots, finding formats that get recommended
- Monitoring metrics in the tracker and CRM, reporting
- Independent decisions: what to scale, what to disable, new sources and formats
Requirements
Required:
- Experience in TikTok with real volumes, knowing how to get into recommendations
- Built UBT as a system: from account registration and content to a stable flow of leads
- Ability to scale: mass registration and account management, own software, bots, or automation
- Worked with anti-detects, proxies (mobile, residential), and account farms, understanding how to avoid bans and shadow bans
- Ability to work with viral content and upload it in large volumes
- Can state your volumes: how many accounts you manage, how many views and clicks you generate daily
- Understanding of metrics: views, retention, CTR to profile and link, cost per subscriber/lead, account longevity, ROMI
