- 5+ years of relevant experience in Creator Economy / influencer / adult entertainment
- Own active network of contacts among talent agencies and major creators
- Personal experience in deals with creators and agencies: rev-share, exclusivity, commercial terms
- Understanding of creator-platform economics: Creator LTV, monetization, partner retention, and unit economics
- Experience in developing and growing monetization for creators after onboarding
- Understanding of AI tools for creating photo/video content
- Willingness to work professionally with lawful adult content
- English C1
