About this role

Lattice is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Engagement to define the future of employee listening and enhance HR leaders' understanding of their organizations. This remote full-time role offers a salary range of $98,550 - $131,400 annually.

Description

Lattice is on a mission to build cultures where employees and their companies thrive. In an age where employees have more choices than ever before, businesses that put employees first are winning 🏅– and Lattice is building the tools to empower those people-centric companies. Lattice is a people success platform that offers performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, real-time feedback, weekly check-ins, goal setting, and career planning in a way that allows companies to focus on employee development, growth, and engagement – yielding stronger employee retention, performance, and impact to the bottom line 📈. Since launching in 2016, we have grown to over 5,000+ customers globally, including brands like Loom, Robinhood, and Gusto.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy. Define not only what we build next, but what the future of employee listening should mean for Lattice and the HR leaders we serve.
  • Turn insight into action. Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience.
  • Lead strategy. Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration for the products that bring this vision to life.
  • Build a deep understanding of customers. Partner with Research to understand the needs, workflows, and most important decisions of HR leaders, and use those insights to guide the roadmap.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design. Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences that customers will want to use.
  • Use data to sharpen decisions. Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness. Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication.
  • Own outcomes. Set and influence the key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for Lattice.
Requirements

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.
  • A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening, including how product innovation can help organizations better understand and respond to their people.
  • A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders.
  • Strong product judgment: you can balance a compelling long-term vision with the practical decisions required to ship meaningful work now.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing.
  • A bias for action and the ability to create clarity and momentum in an evolving space.
Bonus:
  • Experience building products for HR, people teams, or other complex organizational workflows.
  • Experience with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products.
