Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to candidate onboarding
- Independently source specialists through LinkedIn, Telegram, job sites, and other channels
- Close vacancies in IT, Marketing, and Advertising
- Conduct screenings and interviews
- Interact with Hiring Managers
- Support candidates at all stages
- Develop your own talent pool and work with ATS/CRM
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Practical experience in hiring IT specialists
- Strong sourcing skills and confident use of LinkedIn
- English language at Intermediate+ level
- Independence and results-oriented
