Responsibilities

- Lead a team of farmers: hiring, training, adaptation, task setting, and KPI control;
- Fully manage the farming direction: registration, warming up, monitoring, creating and preparing BM;
- Keep track of all resources - accounts / BMs / social registration: incoming, statuses, expenses, lifespan, reasons for bans (tables/CRM);
- Organize the purchasing and warming process: find and test suppliers, work with agency accounts and agencies on accounts;
- Control the quality and living rate of accounts, reduce the ban percentage, improve warming schemes for our niche;
- Build and document processes (manuals, regulations, anti-detect settings, proxies, warming scenarios);
- Interact with the buying team: meet the need for consumables on time and in the required volume.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in farming for Team Lead Farm Facebook for 2 years, for Farmer for 6 months, deep understanding of the account lifecycle and ban logic;
- Leadership experience: have already gathered/led a team of farmers, able to hire and train people;
- Practical experience in purchasing and warming accounts, working with agencies and agency accounts;
- Understanding of working with anti-detect browsers, proxies, BMs, social registrations;
- Systematic approach and ability to keep clear resource records, calculate unit economics of consumables;
- Focus specifically on FB (other sources are a plus, but not mandatory);
- Experience in the Nutra vertical is welcomed but not required.
