We are looking for a Telegram Content Lead to manage and enhance our AI and crypto media content. This part-time remote role involves content creation, editing, and coordination with the team.
We are a small team developing Telegram media about AI and crypto.
- Manage the content of the Telegram channel in the AI + crypto niche.
- Gather raw material from the team, find topics independently, and package them into ready content.
- Strengthen themes, headlines, structure, hooks, and presentation.
- Partially write materials from scratch, but the main focus is on strong packaging and editing.
- Monitor the content plan, deadlines, statuses, and quality of releases.
- Coordinate the content process, assign tasks to the designer, and synchronize with the team.
- Maintain regular sections and the overall rhythm of the channel.
- Analyze what works better, what is weaker, and suggest improvements for content and growth.
- Use AI as a working tool, not to produce neural network junk.
- Experience in content/editing/media.
- Experience specifically with Telegram format, channels, or media Telegram projects.
- Good understanding of AI tools, information field, cases, and trends.
- Ability to independently find strong AI topics and filter out noise.
- Basic understanding of the crypto market, terms, mechanics, and projects.
- Ability to write and edit clearly, vividly, structurally, and without fluff.
- Ability to see how to make the same material stronger specifically for Telegram.
- Discipline, responsibility, adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work with tables, content plans, and statuses.
- Independence, adequate work speed, and normal reaction to edits.
- English is not a strict filter, but should be sufficient for reading sources and research.
- Remote work, flexible schedule.
- Workload: 20–25 hours per week.
- Main workload on weekdays, lighter on weekends.
- Payment: fixed + bonuses, details at the interview.
