User Acquisition Lead at Crooto
Responsibilities
- Lead the UA direction: formulate strategy, plan budgets, and be responsible for key metrics.
- Consolidate all traffic sources, including new networks (Mintegral, Unity, and others).
- Manage a team: lead several specialists, work with a focus on UAMs, validate their solutions, delegate tasks, and develop the direction.
- Independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition in game development.
- Proven expertise and case studies.
- Practical experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns.
- Understanding of key metrics for UA performance.
- Experience building processes from scratch or in the absence of infrastructure.
- Leadership qualities, proactivity, and willingness to take responsibility.
