Talent Acquisition Lead

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ recruiters: hiring, coaching, 1:1s, and performance development
• Build and optimize recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Partner with the business on hiring plans and recruitment priorities
• Lead both high-volume hiring and complex Head / C-level searches
• Develop market mapping, new sourcing channels, referrals, and internal mobility
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on talent strategy and market insights
• Contribute to employer brand development

— 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in a TA Team Lead / leadership role
— Experience managing a team of 5+ people
— Experience with Head / C-level positions
— Experience with high-volume hiring is a plus
— Strong experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
— Strong analytical and business partnering skills
— English (B2+), Ukrainian (Fluent)
— Proactive, structured, and results-oriented leadership style
