Trinity Private School in Limassol is seeking a People Partner Lead to manage the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
Description
Trinity Private School is an international private school in Cyprus operating under the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Support and develop HR policies and processes
- Handle the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Maintain HR operational processes and assist employees in adhering to policies and procedures
- Lead HR initiatives, including wellbeing programs and internal events
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and support managers with employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics and feedback to improve and automate internal processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR
- Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing HR processes
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR practices
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and resolving conflicts
- Ability to proactively identify and manage people-related risks and opportunities
- Strong communication and organizational skills, independence, and empathy
- Focus on quality and results
- English B2 and Russian language
